The duo sustained muscular problems in the 1-0 La Liga loss against Levante on Sunday.
“Pepe and Coentrao underwent medical tests on Monday to determine the extent of their injuries after the match in Valencia,” said a statement on Real Madrid’s official website.
“These were the results; Pepe: fibrilar tear on the semi-membranosus muscle of the left leg. Coentrao: fibrilar tear on the soleus muscle of the left leg.”
