Souare has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with the Eagles.
“I just want to thank every fan for helping me to find my level and the manager as well,” he told the club’s website.
“I’m very happy to be at this club.”
The 25-year-old joines Crystal Palace last January and has made 33 appearances for the club.
