The former Manchester United goalkeeper is currently the second choice as goalkeeper, behind Christian Abbiati.
Taibi said: “I chose to stay because Torino told me they wanted two good goalkeepers.
“The No1 place is open to either me or Abbiati. I prepare every week as if I am going to play. If I wasn’t motivated to do that, I would give the game away.”
