David Moyes says that they have not given up on signing the player, whilst the Daily Mail report that Fabregas has told friends he wants to join United.
The move still remains extremely unlikely – Fabregas has stated previously that the only other English team he would play for is former side Arsenal, and the Gunners have first refusal should Barcelona decide to sell.
