Arsenal were dubbed the “Invincibles” in 2004, when they managed to go the whole season unbeaten.
Scolari said: “Yes it’s possible to go through the Premier League season undefeated.
“I think my team have the passion, the professionalism and the results to be perfect.
“I hope that all the players in Chelsea are thinking along those lines.”
Chelsea will face Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
Scolari added: “Liverpool are dangerous because they have a good team and good players and they have not lost a game this season.
“Sometimes they are in bad condition in the last five minutes but they still get a result. And that is because they play as a team.
“That is what I want as a team and what my team give to me.”
