The 24-year-old has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Hamburg.
Elm has a year left to run on his contract with AZ Alkmaar.
“The interest in Rasmus is still big,” Elm’s agent Patrick Moerk told Sportbladet.se.
“He will probably decide whether he will stay with AZ or move soon.”
